Over 12 years of hard work, featuring everything fron a PWR radiator to a 514ci Demaj built Ford Big Block to the Mosser Aluminium 35 spline 9" in the Competition Engineering Chromolly sheet metal housing. This car is one of a kind and is one of the toughest, quickest and fastest untubbed Fords in Australia. Currently on the National Mod Street Blown Top 10 list, and oh so close to running an 8 second pass with a best of 9.03 and over 154mph. Don't be fooled into thinking that this is a light weight drag car with number plates, this Ford features all glass windows, a back seat, and a full interior with GT door trims and a full working electrical system. To list all the mods that are done to this car would take more space than I have but a quick run down includes: Carbon Fibre Bonnet Boot Bumpers, A460 SVO heads, MSD 7AL3, Pro Comp Gauges, Pro Comp Logger, Magnafuel 500 and reg, Nos Fogger, Dimof Power glide, Molly shaft, HO rear brakes, and Twin Spot fronts, adjustable bump stops at all four corners, Caltrax, Ranchos, New bushing ball joints and rod ends throughtout, Sand blasted bare metal inside outside underneath with Siken 2 Pak, more polished aluminium than you can poke a stick at, etc etc etc............ This car has to potential to run 8.80's on a good track, and be a Summer Nats Top 10 car if a new owner took it over (I have a way of upsetting judges, sorry John!!) If you want a show car that you can actually do something with other than stare at it, then this is the car for you!! |
